I recently had the pleasure of indulging in a freshly baked Pastel de Nata from Fábrica da Nata in Lisbon, and it was a truly delightful experience. The pastry was absolutely perfect – with a flaky, crispy exterior and a creamy, custard-like filling. The balance of sweetness and richness was spot on. The flaky crust was perfectly golden brown, and the filling was just the right consistency – not too runny, but not too thick. The combination of flavors was simply divine, and the pastry was the perfect treat to satisfy my sweet tooth. I highly recommend visiting Fábrica da Nata if you're ever in Lisbon. Their Pastéis de Nata are truly exceptional, and they're a must-try for any food lover.

Double check your receipts! I had a really bad experience here today. I ordered three savory pastries which were labeled as €2.30 each. At the register, the server tried to charge me €2.95 each. I requested that I take away the food instead and asked if the price would be different. The male staff member insisted that there was only one price so I paid for my food and left confused. I looked at my receipt and saw that I had been cheated so I went back in and asked why I was charged more than the displayed price. The same male staff member told me it was because he had already charged me for eating in and I only asked about it after. This was not true at all as I queried before I paid and he had insisted there was only one price. He didn’t say a word and just waved over the manager who refunded me the money they had overcharged me. What’s more shocking was that the manager was there when he initially scammed me and went along with it. The male staff member was not apologetic about what he did but instead was really snappy. Super disappointing experience. The food was okay but I will never return here.

Panino con pollo, lattuga e pomodori molto buoni (nonostante non ce l’abbiano scaldato..) Pasteis de nata buoni, molto dolci Caffè e cappuccino… prezzi alti per lo standard italiano. Personale un po’ scortese.. però bella la location e la vista sui pasteis de nata che preparano. Molto bella anche la sala dove ti danno la possibilità di mangiare
